Consider packing snacks for hikes. Nearby grocery options are limited and expensive, which could cut into your adventures.

Very impressed with budget room. Marvellous and awesome location in mountain area, just off the restaurant and a valley surrounded by mountains...

Amazing location in the pretty area, close enough to the mighty sognefjord, mountains and waterfalls, and the restaurant. Neat room and a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV with cable channels inside. Pleasant, very helpful staff with smiling face

Clean, fresh facilities contributed to a comfortable stay. The harbor view from the patio provided a lovely spot to watch the sunset.
The beds were excessively soft. Showers were a nightmare. The drain setup meant flooding the bathroom was a risk unless you used the lowest pressure. No hairdryer or kettle in the room, and coffee at breakfast was pretty lackluster. The common areas felt a bit restrictive, especially when trying to enjoy a drink outside by the lake.

Well priced and fantastic hotel, my favorite in Laerdalsoyri. The rooms with balcony, a large table for the buffet and bathroom. Outstanding and superb food. Incredible location for Laerdalsoyri, really close to waterfalls, and the Sognefjord. Very peaceful overall experience.

The views from my fjord view room were amazing. I loved the buffet dinner options, especially the authentic Norwegian cuisine. The serene garden area facing the fjord was perfect for unwinding after an adventurous day.

This hotel is well situated for visiting the surrounding area and right next to the ferry. The best rooms face the water.
It's a tired hotel that caters for coach tours. It's nothing special but it's also not bad. The rooms facing the road are noisy.

The Hotel location is excellent, right in the middle of the Fjord.
The price-quality ratio is very bad. Hotel facilities are degraded and the breakfast is poor.

The buffet dinner options were surprisingly tasty and good value. A few issues with the soft bed and shower, but overall, an enjoyable experience!

The rooms were clean but the carpet was very old and needs a bit of updating.

Personal is awesome - I was sick and they gave me tea anytime I want. I liked area (like garden) around the hotel. I felt there realy relaxed, contented.
The bath room was not so confortable then I supposed to.
