Clean, fresh facilities contributed to a comfortable stay. The harbor view from the patio provided a lovely spot to watch the sunset.
The beds were excessively soft, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Showers were a nightmare. the drain setup meant flooding the bathroom was a risk unless you used the lowest pressure. No hairdryer or kettle in the room, and coffee at breakfast was pretty lackluster. The common areas felt a bit restrictive, especially when trying to enjoy a drink outside by the lake.

The views from my fjord view room were amazing, creating an lovely backdrop for my stay. I loved the buffet dinner options, especially the authentic Norwegian cuisine. The serene garden area facing the fjord was perfect for unwinding after an adventurous day.

Location was perfect, sittin' pretty right in the Fjord of Dreams. The room had a mighty fine view—modern feel too. Breakfast was quiet and mighty tasty. That buffet dinner really surprised us! Just a lovely atmosphere for unwinding after a day out, enjoyin’ the views and good eats.

I stayed in a Double Room with Sea View. The view was stunning, looking right out over the fjord. The room had a modern vibe, and it was spacious enough for our luggage, which was nice. Breakfast was quiet and there were plenty of good options to choose from. The buffet dinner definitely exceeded my expectations, especially having it with that view. Just a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day!

we had a great stay in laerdal, especially in our deluxe room with a balcony. the location is serene and close to a nice garden to sit outside. the nespresso machine was a lovely touch. You can soak up some sun here. relaxing by the fjord view was a highlight.
